Jay Pithwa immigrated from London to the United States with his family and began his American career supporting production of the C-17 Globemaster III. Precision manufacturing became a foundation for an entrepreneurial journey spanning jewelry, specialty food, hospitality, and commercial real estate.
Across three decades, he has launched and exited businesses, navigated environmental and municipal approvals, redeveloped commercial property, and structured partnerships that created durable value for customers, partners, and communities.
